What is meant by spectrum of services?  What does this entail and does every project require the same scope of services?

The full spectrum of services refers to the tasks needed to develop a single deal from concept to store opening.  Each task has its own scope of work and set of industry standards.

Each project is different and not every project entails a full spectrum of services.  For example, a greenfield development requires one set of services; a redevelopment another; and the reuse of an existing space another all together.

With Tartan Real Estate Development Solution's stewardship, development is more than project management; it is risk management as well.
